The 2008 Toyota Sienna has a whopping 148.9 cubic feet of space. That’s van territory. The 2009 Sienna matches that. Need something smaller but still capable? Sequoia square footage decreased slightly from 128.1 cubic feet in 2006 and 2007 to 120.8** in 2008.

Compact SUVs tell a different story. The RAV4 was stuck at 73 cubic feet across all three years (2006-2008). From 2006 to 2009, the 4Runner holds steady at 75.1. It is consistent, reliable and not particularly spacious compared to its siblings.

And Highlander. It has grown.
